How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey to your home. Please note that once your order is in transit, the carrier assumes responsibility for its delivery.
What should I do if I received the wrong or damaged item?

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

When will my product ship out?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays, so orders placed on those days will be processed on the next business day.
Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). If you're located outside of these areas and would like to place an order, please reach out to us via email, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a solution. We do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or APO, FPO, and DPO addresses at this time.
What is your return policy?
